Our Story

we come from big families who enjoyed getting together on the weekends and cooking , playing good music, laughing and just having family fun. Generations of recipes past down over the years to us and we are ready to share our families delicious cuisine with the world the same way that is was shared with us . Lots of good food , good music , and plenty of family fun and laughter so please come join us.

Our food truck serves fast food with a twist – each dish is a delightful journey, lovingly crafted to nourish your body and soothe your soul. Our menu features a variety of Southern soul food combos, each one a testament to our commitment to quality and flavor. We use fresh ingredients and traditional recipes to create dishes that are both delicious and satisfying.

Smothered Fried Chicken Combo

We take our perfectly season chicken breast deep fry them until goldden brown and top them with roasted mushrooms, caramelized onions finished with a smoked roasted garlic cream sauce. All our platters comes with your choice of 2 sides and your choice of bread and a drink

BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich

Slow-cooked pork shoulder, pulled to perfection and smothered in our homemade BBQ sauce. Served on a soft bun with a side of tangy pickles and crispy sweet potato fries.

Backwoods shrimp and grits.

We only use true stone ground grits cooked in our secret cream sauce and garnished with smoked gouda cheese. Then we top our grits with thick cut smoked bacon, choped grilled onions, roasted bell peppers, roasted garlic, and seasoned colossal shrimp , your choice or bread and a drink.

Tender, slow-cooked collard greens seasoned with smoked turkey for that traditional Southern flavor. Served with a side of our moist, honey-glazed cornbread.

Candy Pecan Crusted Chicken and Waffles

Our 8oz candy pecan crusted deep fried chicken brest is served on top a thick buttery tasting Belgian waffle topped with a caramelized pear chutney and a drizzle of maple syrup. Comes with your choice of 2 sides , your choice of bread and a drink.

Pecan Pie

Finish off your meal with a slice of our homemade pecan pie. Sweet, nutty, and the perfect end to a Southern feast.
